TeamAlert supports all devices with newer versions of Android and iOS. Specifically Android from version 5.0 (2014) and iOS from 10.0 (2016). Tablets and Android-based computers may also work, but should be tested. Please contact us for more information.

TeamAlert can break through silent mode on the phone in an emergency. The user is asked to give TeamAlert permission to do this the first time the app is opened. The sender of the alert chooses whether the alert should be a regular alert that respects silent mode or an alarm that needs to break through silent mode to get attention.

TeamAlert offer a free version with basic features. It is also possible to arrange a trial period with all functions activated. A paid subscription will provide access to advanced features such as positioning, conference calls, geographically limited alerts, scenarios and physical alarm buttons.
